White Chai Mocha Hot Chocolate Melt

A fine balancing act of sweetness, spice and chocolate.
Sometimes you just stumble across something a little bit special. Chai spices in white chocolate is one thing, but take it to another level by adding a shot of espresso
Start by pulling the perfect Pickwick espresso. Pour in your white hot chocolate Melt, for a luxury white mocha. Then add the 1883 chai syrup. This is for the adventurers. A perfect balance of acidity and sweetness from the chocolate and espresso with the chai spices really bringing the party to this flavour sensation. We feel the flavours balance perfectly using white chocolate, but it is also good in milk or dark.
We like to make this recipe with our 34% Colombia white hot chocolate. Great in our full range of white, milk and dark Hot Chocolate Melts.
A divine white chocolate distinguished by its natural colour and creamy flavour notes. With marked dairy notes of milk and cream, what makes this chocolate stand out is its floral, caramel cocoa undertone.
Made entirely from Fino de Aroma beans this is one of the most exceptional white chocolates around.
Colombia is a colourful and diverse country and this chocolate is a wonderful expression of that diversity.
1883 flavour syrups are made in France using natural spring water and flavours. At Marimba we find these make the perfect match for our Hot Chocolate Melts, not least because of the concentrated flavours meaning a smaller portion size for the same depth of flavour.
You never over sweeten your Melt, whilst getting a full and natural flavour.
We recommend just a 16ml portion for a normal 12oz sized mug. If making one of our delicious flavour combinations of two syrups you need just 8ml of each flavour. This ensures you do not over sweeten or overpower the hot chocolate Melt.
