It combines the unmistakable flavours of fruits and spices with our signature Venezuelan milk chocolate to create a moreish truffle that really does taste like a hot cross bun. The Lemon and Violet Cream is a soft fondant cream centre flavoured with natural lemon and violet in a Peru dark chocolate shell. The flavours are perfectly balanced: the tartness of the lemon, the refreshing floral tones of the violet, the sweetness of the fondant and the fruity, creamy Peruvian chocolate blend perfectly to create a delicious Spring treat. The Rose and Raspberry Caramel is a liquid caramel flavoured with natural raspberry and rose in a ruby chocolate shell.
