Biodegradable pyramid bags.
Brewing instructions: How to make green tea? Often green tea can taste overly bitter if brewed incorrectly. The key to brewing this great cup of green tea is to remember that "Less is more!" Less tea, less temperature, less time!
Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf or 1 pyramid bag per cup. Brew for only 2-3 mins at 80ºC. This will help avoid any bitterness, and instead will bring out the beautifully smooth sweetness of the green tea.
So how do you get the correct temperature? If you don't have a temperature controlled kettle, just let your kettle cool down or add a small amount of cold water when brewing - fill your cup (or pot) with about one quarter cold water and three quarters boiling water, to give you a great temperature for brewing. Then add your tea leaves, and brew. Best without milk and use filtered water if you can. Once you've had your first cup you can also add more water over the tea leaves to enjoy a second infusion.

Teasup 18 White Tea and Mango - 50 bags
£14.00
The mind-blowing aroma of this incredible tea will likely take your mind to a paradise island... Like a hot liquid version of a favourite holiday ice cream. This favourite is a combination of beautifully smooth and delicate Hunan white tea with the aromatic mango, and the two go together in a winning combination in which the astringency of the white tea is perfectly complemented by the tropical notes of the mango. We love it! Biodegradable pyramid bags. Brewing instructions: 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf or 1 pyramid bag. 2-3mins at 95-100ºC. Good to know: Using the youngest parts of the tea plant, white tea is naturally high in antioxidants and caffeine - helping to keep you going throughout the day. Food pairing: The delicate but naturally sweet flavour of the white tea along with mango works well with light dishes, salads, dishes with coconut, lime, pancakes and light desserts. It's clearly amazing on its own too!
