The high cocoa content delivers soft and subtle aromas suggestive of flowers, raisins, acid cocoa and smoked cocoa, finished off by a nuance of humus.
Made with Amelonado cocoa bean varieties, this chocolate has a very intense and complex taste, rich in roasted cacao, and with plenty of refreshing fruity notes: apricot, red fruits, citrus and even hints of tea.
