This aromatic Earl Grey tea comes from the best planting areas of the Nilgiri Hills of South India, married with premium natural oil from the bergamot orange for a wonderfully refreshing black tea with citrus notes. Biodegradable pyramid bags. Brewing instructions: 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf or 1 pyramid bag. 3 mins at 90-95ºC without milk, 3-5mins at 95-100ºC with milk. Just turn your kettle off before boiling if you don't have a temperature controlled kettle. Good to know: Earl Grey is the most popular flavoured blend in the world and gets its name from Charles Grey, the Second Earl Grey who was British Prime Minister between 1830 to 1834. The tea used for our Earl Grey comes from the Glendale Tea Estate, in which has heritage dating all the way back to 1835 - right around the time of Prime Minister Earl Grey.
