Turmeric has been used throughout the ages for its health promoting benefits, and it makes for a wonderful addition to this rich chai. This blend is based on India’s Assam black tea, whose strong character compliments perfectly the spices from the sweet masala mix. Adding milk as desired can add to the richness of flavour.
Brewing instructions: 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf or 1 pyramid bag. 2-4mins at 95-100ºC, adding milk as preferred.
