Linton House coffees are expertly blended and full of character, and we have proudly named them in honour of our home town of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. Charles Dickens’ character Mr Samuel Pickwick, who famously spent time in the town, is brimming with conviviality, hearty appetite and good humour. So, of course, we named our most popular coffee blend after him.
1883 Banana syrup - 1 litre
Add 16ml of banana syrup to your Melt. Or for a liquid Banoffee experience pair with caramel. Particularly good in milk chocolate. Maison Routin 1883 are the pinnacle of syrup flavourings. Made in France from natural spring water from the French Alps and using the finest essences available. 1883 are more concentrated than others, so just 16ml is needed in a normal 12oz mug. Using less syrup means you are sure to not over sweeten your hot chocolate Melt, making them the perfect partner for our hot chocolate.
Unicorn Chocolate Thins 90g
“In a field full of horses, be a unicorn”. This chocolate stands out for its pretty pastel colouring and its inner sparkle. Made with 31% white chocolate and popping candy.

Seasonal Collection Chocolates (Winter 2020)
Two each of three fantastic winter flavours: Rhubarb Caramel. Our favourite winter dessert by far is a trusty rhubarb and caramel crumble and here we pay tribute to it in chocolate form. A milk chocolate shell houses a silky liquid caramel that has been flavoured with rhubarb. A sweet yet tart treat for the tastebuds! Chilli and Coconut Truffle. Chilli and chocolate is a classic winter warmer. We love all things chocolate and chilli and we love nothing more than experimenting with additional flavours that complement the pairing. This truffle is made using single origin Peru 64% chocolate, which combines beautifully with the coconut flavour to provide a refreshing taste. The chilli adds a distinctive warmth that rounds it off perfectly. Bucks Fizz Truffle. As we may have mentioned once or twice before, at Marimba we are rather partial to a cocktail and even more so if the cocktail contains fizz. Winter is the perfect time to indulge in a sparkling tipple, and Bucks Fizz is our go-to. The white chocolate shell houses a soft truffle centre made with Marc de Champagne and flavoured with natural orange oil. Totally delicious- cheers!
