The Hot Cross Bun is flavoured with apple and sweet cinnamon in Venezuelan milk chocolate. This truffle pays homage to one of our favourite springtime treats. It combines the unmistakable flavours of fruits and spices with our signature Venezuelan milk chocolate to create a moreish truffle that really does taste like a hot cross bun.
The Lemon and Violet Cream is a soft fondant cream centre flavoured with natural lemon and violet in a Peru dark chocolate shell. The flavours are perfectly balanced: the tartness of the lemon, the refreshing floral tones of the violet, the sweetness of the fondant and the fruity, creamy Peruvian chocolate blend perfectly to create a delicious Spring treat.
The Banana Caramel is a liquid caramel flavoured with natural banana in a Venezuelan milk chocolate shell.
