These "milk" chocolate buttons are dairy free, nut free, gluten free and soy free. They are made from Cacao Trace certified, ethically sourced ingredients. The cows’ milk has been replaced with rice and chickpea to create a surprisingly authentic, creamy milk chocolate taste with nutty notes.
