Papua New Guinea 35% Milk Chocolate Giant Button Tub
£8.50

Its distinctive harmony of full flavours emphasise the subtlety of green tea and liquorice, candied ginger, walnuts and raspberry, accompanied by delicate aromatic notes of hazelnuts, crowned with a hint of caramel.

Ecuador Dark 71% Hot Chocolate Melt bag - 1kg
£24.00
Create a punchy and indulgent hot chocolate experience from our flakes of real single origin dark chocolate, made from Nacional cocoa beans from Ecuador. With a subtle floral flavour with a hint of raisin, smoked cocoa and acid cocoa. Finished off with a nuance of humus. This exceptional dark chocolate has the perfect balance. Simply stir four heaped dessert spoons or eight teaspoons (40g) into a mug of hot milk. Our dark chocolate contains no dairy and can be made with milk alternatives. It is, however, made in a kitchen with dairy containing ingredients. Enough for 25 mugs.

Ghana 40% Milk Chocolate Giant Button Tub
£8.50
This remarkable milk chocolate has an assertive cocoa flavour, with a touch of acidity, delivered by beans that owe their heritage to Brazilian seedlings brought to Ghana in 1879. Its subtle, mildly sweet fruitiness is delicately balanced with strong cocoa aromas that reveal biscuit, honey and caramel.

Linton House King Edmund ground coffee - 250g
£4.70
Single origin Sumatra and 100% RFA certified ground roasted coffee beans. 100% Arabica, single-origin and 100% Rain Forest Alliance certified. Complex and fruity, with a hint of cocoa. All-purpous-grind, suitable for filter, cafetiere and espresso. He may have been killed in 869 by the Vikings, but King (later Saint) Edmund lives on in our local folklore and the name of our town. For a while he was the patron saint of England, and we back the campaign to have him rightly reinstated today. So we are proud to have dedicated our most noble coffee in his honour.
