Violet cream: Fondant (sugar, glucose syrup: sulphites, water, acid: monopotassium tartrate), glucose syrup, flavour paste (sugar, glucose syrup, water, flavourings, natural colouring: cochineal carmine (E120) and anthocyanins (E163), thickeners: amidated pectin (E440ii),carrageenan (E407), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202), acid: trisodium citrate (E331), acid: citric acid (E330), essential oil of blackberry), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavouring), crystallised violet petal (sugar, natural violet flower, coating agent: gum arabic, food coloring: E120-E132, aroma).
Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 64% minimum.
